Founder & CEO
Juan brings more than 20 years of experience across construction, development and project delivery.
His approach is shaped by a strong understanding of craftsmanship, materials and the coordination required to move complex projects forward. He remains closely involved in Fluent Build projects, guiding strategy, trade coordination, quality control and client communication.
Under his leadership, Fluent Build has developed a trusted network of specialists across residential construction, custom interiors, millwork and commercial buildouts.
